These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Leadbucks India Pvt. Ltd. They govern your use of I-Stats App, Websites, Services, Products, and Content (“Services”).
By using I-Stats, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree to any of the Terms, you can’t use I-Stats.
We can change these Terms at any time. By using I-Stats on or after that effective date, you agree to the new Terms.
Content rights & responsibilities
You own the rights to your own Cricket Records scored on the I-Stats App.
By scoring matches on I-Stats, you give us a nonexclusive license to publish it on I-Stats Services, including anything reasonably related to publishing it (like storing, displaying, reformatting, and distributing it). In consideration for I-Stats granting you access to and use of the Services, you agree that I-Stats may enable advertising on the Services, including in connection with the display of your content or other information. We may also use your content to promote I-Stats, including its products and content. We will never sell your content to third parties without your explicit permission.
Our content and services
We reserve all rights in I-Stats’ look and feel. Some parts of I-Stats are licensed under third-party open source licenses. We also make some of our own code available under open source licenses. As for other parts of I-Stats, you may not copy or adapt any portion of our code or visual design elements (including logos) without express written permission from I-Stats unless otherwise permitted by law.
You may not do, or try to do, the following: (1) access or tamper with non-public areas of the Services, our computer systems, or the systems of our technical providers; (2) access or search the Services by any means other than the currently available, published interfaces (e.g., APIs) that we provide; (3) forge any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or posting, or in any way use the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information; or (4) interfere with, or disrupt, the access of any user, host, or network, including sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, mail-bombing, Fishing the Services, or by scripting the creation of content or accounts in such a manner as to interfere with or create an undue burden on the Services.
Crawling the Services is allowed if done in accordance with the provisions of our robots.txt file, but scraping the Services is prohibited.
We may change, terminate, or restrict access to any aspect of the service, at any time, without notice.
Incorporated rules and policies
By using the Services, you agree to let I-Stats collect and use information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. If you’re outside the Republic of India, you consent to letting I-Stats transfer, store, and process your information (including your personal information and content) in and out of the Republic of India.
By using I-Stats, you agree to follow these Rules and Policies. If you don’t, we may remove content, or suspend or delete your account.
Miscellaneous
Disclaimer of warranty. I-Stats provides the Services to you as is. You use them at your own risk and discretion. That means they don’t come with any warranty. None express, none implied. No implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, security, title or non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability. I-Stats won’t be liable to you for any damages that arise from your using the Services. This includes if the Services are hacked or unavailable. This includes all types of damages (indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary). And it includes all kinds of legal claims, such as breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, or any other loss.
No waiver. If I-Stats doesn’t exercise a particular right under these Terms, that doesn’t waive it.
Severability. If any provision of these terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, you agree that the court should try to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision and that other provisions of the Terms will remain in full effect.
Choice of law and jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by Indian Laws, without reference to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any suit arising from the Services must take place in a court located in Ahmadabad, Gujarat.
Entire agreement. These Terms (including any document incorporated by reference into them) are the whole agreement between I-Stats and you concerning the Services.
Privacy Policy
At I-Stats, We Value Your Trust And Respect Your Privacy.
This Privacy Policy provides you with details about the manner in which your data is collected, stored and used by us. You are advised to read this Privacy Policy carefully. By visiting I-Stats’s website/applications you expressly give us consent to use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not use or access I-Stats website or mobile applications.
Note: Our privacy policy may change at any time without prior notification. To make sure that you are aware of any changes, kindly review the policy periodically. This Privacy Policy shall apply uniformly to I-Stats desktop website and I-Stats mobile applications.
General
We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any 3rd party or use your email address/mobile number for unsolicited emails and/or SMS. Any emails and/or SMS sent by I-Stats will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products and this Privacy Policy.
If specifically asked, we may share your data with respective tournament organizers, whose tournaments you have played. You have already shared that data with them in any case. They get data of only their own tournaments and nothing more.
Periodically, we may reveal general statistical information about I-Stats and its users, such as number of visitors, number and type of goods and services purchased, etc.
We reserve the right to communicate your personal information to any third party that makes a legally-compliant request for its disclosure.
Personal Information
Personal Information means and includes all information that can be linked to a specific individual or to identify any individual, such as name, mobile number, and any details that may have been voluntarily provide by the user in connection with availing any of the services on I-Stats.
When you browse through I-Stats desktop website (and not the mobile apps), we may collect information regarding the domain and host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol [IP] address of the computer or Internet service provider [ISP] you are using, and anonymous site statistical data.
Use of Personal Information
We use personal information (mainly your name and mobile number) to uniquely identify yourself as a player. We use it to provide you with services and products you explicitly requested for, measure your interest in our services, inform you about matches, tournaments, booking services, updates, customize your experience, detect and protect us against error, enforce our terms and conditions, etc.
Primarily we use this data to customize your experience at I-Stats, providing you with content that we think you might be interested in and to display content according to your preferences.

2.1.1 Pancard ,School ID ,Adhaar card and such other document and information that maybe required from time to time including your name, address ,DOB etc to register with the site or to access other services provided by us.

I-Stats uses cookie, Local storage, session storage and tracking technology depending on the features offered. I-Stats has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Whenever you change or access your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access.
